Just came back from staying here this hotel is family and pet friendly we came for the Xmas markets but they didn’t start till the day we left so if wanting to come here for them your best booking to stay in December. hotel rooms are clean tidy and so comfortable breakfast was nice everything was replaced regularly and staff are lovely we had the pleasure of having Ben on over the weekend he was polite and so helpful he’s a credit to your company. When we come back we will be coming back to stay here Thank you xx

I booked the hotel for my wife and step son direct on the website and reviews were acceptable for the price. Normally you would expect a better service/quality room if you saved the hotel some profit by booking direct but this was not the case - room was old and stuffy and smelled bad. My wife asked for a room change due to the smell but was denied. Cheap hotel so saved money, but disappointing.

This hotel is a good fit if you are looking for something on a strict budget. It is one of the cheaper hotels. The carpets were stained and the room was so small. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. The location is okay - it is nice that it is so close to the train station. Staff was alright. One of the nights there was only one towel in our bathroom. I went to the lobby to ask for another one and there was no one to be found. I waited for about 5 minutes and then left. If you don’t care about these things then this is a good cheap hotel for you.

A nice place to stay, convenient to public transport and with a great view of the Natural History Museum. Good points: Great view, comfortable bed, the blanket burritos are great, nice clean room, safe, they can store your luggage for you. Bad bits: Sirens non stop, the cleaner took our bedside lamps and never returned them, they didn't restock our tea and coffee and there wasn't enough to begin with. But nothing major.

Decent hotel for a city trip in Berlin. Rooms and linnen are clean, breakfast is diverse with various hot meal options and various breads. Location is convenient and close to several public transport stations (bus, tram and metro). Berlin Central Station is also only a 10 minute walk. Being in the middle of the city, there is a lot of busy traffic outside your window, as well as ambulances with sirens regularly coming and going from the nearby hospital. With the window closed this isn't a major downside. Sadly, when we visited during winter, the room was incredibly hot (at least 23 degrees Celsius) and getting the temperature down was virtually impossible. The AC system was set to heating, and opening the window at night was not an option due to the noise. I slept very poorly because of the heat and would not stay here again in winter because of this. In addition the newly renovated bathrooms come with a glass sliding door that can't be locked, and leaves very little privacy. Not a huge issue if you travel with a partner, but coworkers wanting to share a room should take note.
